Dear friends and servants in Christ, Greetings, I am calling from Kenya Africa, We are Christian ministry commissioned in spreading the love of God and caring for the orphans and the needy children, currently we have many children who are staying with us. Due to the above we are looking for sponsorship program, we are in great need to build the orphanage home, school, healthy facility and providing the basic needs to the children i.e. food, clothing etc. we ask you to pray for this that we can get a way to accomplish what the Lord Has placed in our hands and care. In the Bible, God gives many promises to the fatherless and the widow. He promises to…Defend them; Rescue them; Deliver them; Not to leave them; Come to them; Hear them; Lift them up; Be their Father; Make them a home; Lead them out; Not forget them; Extend mercy towards them; Execute true justice for them; Give them food and clothing; Be their helper; Incline His ear to them; God promises to not forget orphans & widows; Maintain their cause, It is obvious how much He loves the fatherless and the widow. God calls on us to be His agents of action in bringing these promises to fruition in the lives of orphans and widows. That is clearly the call of James 1:27 – “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress…, to join us in taking action – to give, to go, to pray, to organize mission trips to visit Kenya, to adopt, to take up foster care work, to start orphan care / widow care ministries in your churches, to act on behalf of the orphans and widows in their communities. My vision is to reveal Gods heart to the body of Christ. To see the church taking responsibility for the underprivileged and the marginalized - meeting the needs of the poor at a grass roots level. John 14vs18 says I will not leave you as orphans, I will come to you. 1 John 3vs 17 says if anyone has materials possessions and sees his brother in need but has no pity on him, how can the love of God be in him? Matthew 25:40"Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me." (NIV) Only in doing this can Christ can be revealed to us - while being Christ-like. All too often we pass Jesus by in our everyday life. My vision is to reveal the Christ in every man, to every man - by living our lives for Jesus, the way he taught. My heart is to see justice performed in the hearts and lives of the marginalized and the poor. Motivated by our faith in Jesus Christ, we can serve alongside the poor and oppressed as a demonstration of God's unconditional love.
