Maranatha Baptist Church

God has place a vision on my heart to assist His Church in building a strong relationship with Jesus Christ through the fundamental preaching and teaching of the Word of God. There are three primary ways in which we as a Church is to pursue this.First of all to be a God centered Church. We are to seek to glorify Him in the teaching and preaching of the Word and in all that we do as a body of believers.Secondly we are family oriented in our worship and fellowship one with another. This Church truly is friendly and makes everyone feel like family. I understand families are vital not only to this Church but also to society as a whole.Thirdly we are evangelistic in our practices. There are so many people in our world and community that need to hear the gospel message of Jesus Christ. We believe this is the reason for our present existence in this world. I would like to sum up what is previously stated by mentioning the two great things the Lord charged us to do. The first is the Great Commandment which is centered on our love for God and our neighbors. The other is the Great Commission to preach the gospel to every creature. We believe that everything we do should evolve around the Great Commandment and Commission of our Lord.I want to personally say thanks for your consideration of this Church and certainly we invite you to come and visit with us.
